CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
ZUMBA® Gold: This class is for
the participant who has never tried zumba fitness before and would like
to start off at a slower pace to better understand the moves and the
various rhythms. This class can be used as a "stepping stone" to use to
feel comfortable enough to try a regular zumba class, or it can be a
class to take on a regular basis due to the slower pace that you may be
looking for! Its all the same zumba fun minus the intensity and
faster pace!
ZUMBA®:
The Latin inspired fitness craze that has taken the world over by storm!
By using the interval training method of exercise, this class utilizes
faster to slower paced rhythms to be able to maximize total caloric
output! The class is like going to a party every time! Dances like
Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Cha Cha Cha and many more will get your heart
pumping and body moving to the Latin beat! Anybody can do it!
Just do what you can in class, have a good time, and enjoy the
party!
BELLYDANCING:
Come enjoy this new low-impact class in which you
will learn the essence of Bellydancing and learn how to do the most
common moves seen in Zumba class. We will learn different moves at
each gathering and go through a mini tutorial before the music
starts on how to hold your body and get the most out of
Bellydancing moves such as hip pops, hip drops, figure 8's, undulations,
and many many more! This class is lots of fun! Belly dancing
tones and sculpts the body through total core control, strengthening the
abdominals and improving posture and is proven to tone and slim the
waistline!
ZUMBA® Toning :
This combo- class provides the 1st 1/2 of the class with
Zumba, and the 2nd 1/2 of the class with body sculpting! Using
small weights, resistant bands and balls {will be provided for you}..
you will be sure to slim down and tone up with a class that has it all!
It is a total body work out concentrating on large muscle groups toning
the arms, buttocks, legs and abdominals!!! Come give it a try!
Shannon's Zumba toning class will
be set up as more as a circuit
traing type class, alternating between
Zumba and free weights! |
